The staff is very friendly. The hotel is luxurious. Breakfast is great. The rooms are a good size and have convenient amenities like a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. The location is very convenient, especially for those attending Charleston Bible Church. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Magnificent location in West of the Ashley district next to historical downtown Charleston. The rooms with whirlpool tub.

It was perfectly clean and the staff were helpful, beds were comfortable. I loved configuration of the queen room. The location was peaceful, close to Charleston Bible Church. It also was close to stores.

The rooms were clean and well-equipped with a refrigerator, 2 TVs, and a microwave. The location of the hotel is great, close to many restaurants in the area.

Location was great, easy to find for out of town guest. Very spacious room as well as lobby and outdoor areas.

The units with a whirlpool tub were a great feature. Having a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets available was very convenient. The location was fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk from Charleston Bible Church.

Staff was more than helpful and cheerfully printed out directions to keep us from getting lost yet again.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston-West Ashley is well-maintained and offers brand-new rooms. The staff at the hotel is professional and provides efficient service. The breakfast is delicious, excellent, and caters to all tastes. The location of the hotel is comfortable and ideal for exploring Charleston.

This is not the usual Hampton Inn. Older. No elevator. Limited workout room. Air in first room did not work. More like a cheaper competitor. Staff was nice.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was delicious!! They also had a little convenience station with toiletries, popcorn, snacks and drinks for purchase. The front desk also had a cute treasure chest for the kids to pick a prize out of! My kids loved this!

The room was one of the smallest hotel rooms we've ever been in - barely enough room to even put our luggage on the floor. We felt very crammed with our kids.

The food offered here was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The facilities were quiet. Breakfast was good except for the first morning of our visit when it was very poor.

The bathroom, dressing area was small and crowded.

The breakfast was very good, the room was clean and was kept that way all three days. I was very impressed with everything. The employees were all friendly and very helpful.

I just wish it were in a less busy area but I know that isn't practical, since you can't move it!
